Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the mobile game Eternal Circle ("Game") and related services provided by RayZet ("Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and users.

2. Effect and Amendment

These Terms take effect when posted in-game or on the published page.
The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, stating the effective date and reason, with notice in-game or on the published page at least 7 days before (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users).

3. Provision, Change, and Suspension of Service

The Company provides game content, server operation, and updates.
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the service for operational or technical reasons; where prior notice is impractical in an emergency, it may notify afterward.
Except where required by law, the Company is not liable for damages from changes or suspension of free services.

4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

tamper with the game client/data, reverse-engineer it, or use unauthorized programs (cheats, macros, etc.) — such conduct is prohibited
commit fraud/tampering in payment or reward flows, or maliciously exploit system vulnerabilities
misappropriate another's account or device information, or disrupt service operation
act contrary to law or public order

On violation, the Company may restrict use, reclaim data, and take measures under applicable law.

5. Game Data and Storage

Game progress is stored on the user's device; some data may be transmitted to and validated by the server for operations such as payment validation.
If the user deletes the app or resets device data, on-device data is destroyed and may be unrecoverable.

6. Payment and Withdrawal

게임 내 유료 상품의 결제는 각 앱마켓·플랫폼(Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam 등)의 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어지며, 결제·환불의 구체적 절차와 조건은 해당 플랫폼의 정책을 우선 적용합니다.
소모성 상품(예: 게임 내 재화, 일시적 부스트 등)은 결제 직후 게임 내에서 즉시 사용·지급되므로, 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 재화의 사용을 개시한 경우 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.
비소모성 상품(예: 광고 제거 등 영구 혜택)은 구매 후 해당 혜택을 사용하지 않은 경우에 한하여 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책이 정하는 범위에서 청약철회·환불이 가능합니다.
미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 관련 법령에 따라 본인 또는 법정대리인이 취소를 요청할 수 있습니다.
결제 오류·중복 결제 등 문의는 고객문의 연락처(support@rayzet.com)로 접수하며, 회사는 관련 법령과 플랫폼 정책에 따라 처리합니다.

7. Advertising

게임은 무료 제공을 위해 Google의 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)를 통해 보상형·전면 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다.
맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 광고 서비스는 기기의 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID(AAID), iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA))를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자의 처리는 Google LLC의 정책에 따릅니다.
이용자는 기기의 설정(Android: 광고 ID 재설정·삭제, iOS: 앱 추적 투명성 설정)을 통해 맞춤형 광고를 제한하거나 광고 식별자를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
광고 제거 상품을 구매한 경우 전면 광고는 게재되지 않으며, 이용자가 자발적으로 시청하는 보상형 광고는 계속 제공될 수 있습니다.
유럽경제지역(EEA) 등 동의가 요구되는 지역의 이용자에게는 광고·데이터 처리 동의 절차(User Messaging Platform)가 적용되며, 해당 동의 흐름은 순차 도입됩니다.

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the Game and its components (graphics, sound, code, design, etc.) belongs to the Company or rightful owners; users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the Company's prior consent.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, user fault, or third-party domains such as app stores, carriers, or devices.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages related to the use of services provided free of charge.

10. Youth Protection

The Company strives for healthy game use by minors; minors' payments follow Section 6 and applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

이 약관 및 서비스 이용에 관하여 회사와 이용자 간에 발생한 분쟁은 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 합니다.
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대한 소송은 서울중앙지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
